As a near-lifetime Portland resident, I'M DYING TO SEE THIS! Jim Bosley as a boorish dad? Man! Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Oregonian writer Ted Mahar was THE guy for years, his review of ZOMBIE making mention of the splinter was a defining moment in my childhood.
Really trying to get a copy of this. (in any form) if anyone has any info about where it might be had, i'd be very grateful.
I attended the premier in October 1972. My wife worked at KATU-TV, and because weatherman Jim Bosley was in the movie, she got free passes. Earnest Borgnine and Lee Marvin, who were in Oregon filming "Emperor of the North," attended. I too would like to find a copy of this film.
