View-Master: KUNG FU

The popular TV series Kung Fu ran on ABC for three seasons (October 14, 1972 – April 16, 1975) and turned its laconic leading man, the late David Carradine, into something of a counterculture hero and a cult figure for the rest of his career. Carradine, who passed away last week at the age of 72, later reprised his Kwai Chang Caine character in a couple of TV movies in the 1980s and a successful syndicated spin-off series in the '90s (Kung Fu: The Legend Continues). The episode depicted in this View-Master packet is "The Brujo," first aired on October 25th, 1973. We can't post any of the 3-D pictures, but below is the booklet that was issued with the pack.
