At least we have a trailer preview for this film, which appeared as a supplement on Something Weird Video's DVD of WILD GUITAR/THE CHOPPERS. Vilmos Zsigmond himself is desperately searching for a copy of RAT FINK, but hasn't found one to my knowledge.
Happily, a print was found and the Blu-ray is now in my hot little hands!
