U.S. debut announced in December 1975 as THE POSSESSED, but released instead as DEMON WITCH CHILD in 1976, with an R rating that doesn't appear to be on file with the MPAA.

I have a copy of this one sheet that's fully in b/w, as opposed to the color lettering of your poster. Normally that means that the poster is intended for military bases, but I can't imagine a film as "grindhouse-y" as this playing at base theaters. Any ideas as to it's origin?

It's possible. I know THE NAME OF THE GAME IS KILL, CHESTY ANDERSON, U.S.N. and other low-budgeters from independent distributors played the bases.
It may have played a few prisons, too!
