I know there are a bunch of these Flying Guillotine movies, but is this the same as MASTER OF THE FLYING GUILLOTINE?

You guys have probably seen it, but here's the original poster on my wall. The US artwork seems to utilize the main image of the HK one, but eliminates the 3D effect of the HK poster. It's the second one down below the original KING BOXER poster...
