Mystery Movie: RIP-SAW RAPES

Judging from the release date and the review quote, this could be THE INCREDIBLE TORTURE SHOW (a.k.a. BLOODSUCKING FREAKS). What do you think?

Given the national notoriety SNUFF had by this time, with showings shut down in Philly and Boston the spring of 1976, I hypothesize theater owners didn't want to be subjected to the ill-will associated with the title forcing Shackleton to come up with other plans. Given that the tacked on ending uses a rip-saw to dismember a hand ("Get the rip-saw!")and the SNUFF ad art is vaguely similar (a woman's neck in peril), I'd wager that it's probably a re-titling.; 7/12/2016 11:46:00 PM
