This past November, Eclipse/Criterion released the excellent DVD and Blu-ray box set When Horror Came to Shochiku, a collection of four late 1960s horror/sci-fi offerings from the Shochiku Company. One of the films contained in this set -- GOKE, BODY SNATCHER FROM HELL (1968) -- took 10 years to reach U.S. theaters. Here's a newspaper ad for its run in Madison, Wisconsin (as BODY SNATCHER FROM HELL) beginning on May 12, 1978.
